I consider my services to be a health service and do not expect tips.
I can accept major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover) securely through my Square App. I do not record or retain your credit card information. I also accept Venmo, Apple Pay, and cash or check. For cash clients, I offer a discount like many other businesses.
I do not take Health insurance at the moment. There are many reasons for this.
Yes. I can provide supporting documentation that you can upload to your plan's website if requested. You can pay by cash or cash equivalent and I will email you a PDF that you can upload to your HSA or FSA plan website with a procedure code and other necessary items so that you may be reimbursed by your plan.
My clients range in age from about 10 to 90+, although I can work with most children as long as they are able to clearly communicate their symptoms or concerns. I do not require my clients to remove clothing (except bulky outerwear or extra layers) to be treated, and my treatment space is set up for the accompanying adult to be present during the session and observe/ask questions and provide support for the child. Persons under 18 years old will need a parent or guardian present at the first visit to sign a consent form. I invite my young clients to inform me if anything feels uncomfortable and will modify my activity accordingly. I care very much about creating a safe treatment space for young people.
I am fully vaccinated and boosted against COVID-19 and plan to continue wearing a mask or face covering while treating clients for the foreseeable future. Clients may be asked to wear a mask in accordance with local health guidelines. If use of a face covering causes you to have trouble breathing or other issues, please let me know. Your health and the health of all of my clients is my #1 priority. My treatment space is ventilated and cleaned thoroughly between clients, which is why I ask that you arrive on time (text me if you are early) and I start and end my sessions promptly to allow for the above. If you are sick and/or having symptoms, please cancel your session for the day and we will reschedule.
I request that people generally give me a minimum of 24 hours' notice if they need to change or cancel an appointment. I understand that emergencies arise, and may choose not to charge you for your first last-minute cancellation. However, as I have relatively few available spots, I will need to charge you for a second missed appointment. Please DO cancel if you are feeling sick. I will do the best I can to accommodate you. If you fail to show for an appointment and fail to contact me or reply within a reasonable time regarding the no-show, it is within my right to not retain you as a client.
